complete a mission in the most productive and successful way. This
definition is used Within the wider context of a team, which is a community
of interdependent people working together for a common goal. The best
competitive efforts in traditionally run organizations are often among
departments within the organization. Internal competition seeks to allow use
of resources, which can concentrate on improving quality and eventually
result in external competitiveness.

maintaining quality standards in the organization.

organization will receive quicker and better solutions to problems, in
processes and procedures, teams also provide more permanent
improvements. People in teams are more comfortable bringing up concerns
that could arise and can get support from other employees to find a solution
and put them in place. As I said earlier, teamwork increases the morale of
staff and creates excitement. It is not just that team building practices also
always involve a day outside the workplace. Team building helps people to

A Total Quality implies that all employees in the organization, from
development to production to fulfillment, are obligated to improve
operations, this methodology should be focused an effort. Leadership should
provide funding, staffing, training, and clearly defined goals to actively
manage product and service quality on an ongoing basis. Based on the
handout there are several ways in achieving total quality. Strategically
Based, it identifies, understands, and manage interrelated processes as a
system contributes to the organization’s effectiveness and efficiency in
achieving its objectives. Customer focus, when you understand what
customer needs and wants, you have a better chance of figuring out how to
get the right materials, people, and processes in place to meet and exceed
their expectations. The next one is Obsession with Quality, an organization
must become productive and passionate with meeting or exceeding quality
of outputs through continuous improvement, planning carefully, monitoring
your work, and constant reevaluation and adjustment are all extremely
important. You do not ensure quality by catching mistakes before they reach
the customer; you ensure it by setting up a system in which you do not
make the mistakes to begin with, everyone in the organization must
understand and adopt this point of view if the organization is truly going to
have quality performance. Last one is Scientific Approach, this means using
the best available research, as well as the expertise of others, to create a
successful program or project for grassroots and community-based
organizations, this method is far more effective than relying solely on
intuition or what is politically correct to lead to performance and high
quality. There are more other ways in achieving total quality in the
workplace that are not included here, though we all know that these key
elements must apply because it leads to a success from one organization to
another.
