Traditionally, it is the future bride’s parents who host the party, and it is usually held at their home.
Today, it can be anyone: friends, siblings, other relatives, and even the future groom. It can be
celebrated at a home, in a restaurant, a hotel’s function room, or the couple’s favorite place. While of
course it’s fine for the décor and details to reflect engagement colors and theme, like your invites, don’t
feel like you have to rush to choose them just so your engagement party can match. You might even
consider picking a style and theme that are completely different from mix things up.

II. Introduction
Shrouded in age-old trees and surrounded by a serene pond, an all-day breakfast menu ate Punong
Gary’s Place in Silay City sounds like the perfect idea. They have been in business for five years now,
opening only at night and on weekends and only accepting guests who have prior reservations.
Due to their limited supply of their organic natural ingredients as well as their distance to the city, they
cannot just accept walk in diners who are out on whim. And this is understandable, as they also want to
deliver the best quality food with the proper service. Their employees are from TAKAS Youth Community
a local community which they are supporting by creating a platform for harnessing different talents,
gifted with potentials. Their workers need not to go far places in search for a better job to sustain their
daily life. Everyone deserves a break. Amidst the busy life we have, we need to go to a pace where we
could sit back and relax. The serenity of the ambiance, the calmness of the surrounding and the overall
aura or vibe of the place will surely make you feel at peace. Take amazing photos of the views and
displays and curse, take photos with your friends and family. You will for sure have something to look
back as a concrete memorabilia output.

III. Objectives of the Event, Theme, and Scope


What does a typical layout of the venue look like?
All the things set the mood and organized with any one of these meeting place. You’ll also need to
measurements of the spaces within the venue. This might like common sense. But it’s tempting to just
start planning right away. However once you create a meeting layout you love, you don’t want to suffer
from having all your hopes and dreams crushed if you find out it’s not realistic later on.
Why do you think the event met its goals?
Develop a good understanding of your target population, you’ll be able to identify the right marketing
strategies and approaches for your event promotion. One more important thing to consider is that the
smallest events can attract people with different backgrounds and needs. Therefore, to target netter at
your events, use segmentation lists and cater to the preferences of each attendee.
When can you start decorating?
Elaborate centerpieces won’t do much good if they’re not in a central position. Make sure that all the
elements you want to draw people’s attention to are positioned accordingly. You should be an event
décor expert by now, so go forth and make your next event an unforgettable experience.
Where do guest park and how many spots are available?
It surely isn’t just another restaurant. The humble area surrounded by fishponds was developed and
managed by the family of former Side A member Joey Benin. Punong Gary’s Place was created with their
desire to give back. They employed people from the local community and part of the restaurants
proceeds goes to the Clean and Green project.

hours from Tuesday-Sunday, 8AM-8PM only)
How many people does the dance floor accommodate?
Around 50 people to join the dance floor and enjoy the party with their partners. It might sound too
contrived, but it really helps to prepare some talking points to fill conversation comfortable.
IV. Demand Analysis
There are many events that held in Punong Gary’s Place such as wedding, birthdays, and even shows
and performances. Furthermore, many guest are attending the said events due to its serene ambiance
and fresh atmosphere of the place. Since this is an engagement party, we’ve partnered with Pioneer
Studio who is in charge for the video and photography as well as the potential alliance. In addition, our
marketing channels are through print advertising and guest posting. In terms of revenue sources, we
advertised our services to reach and spread into different potential clients.
V. Competition Analysis
Engagement party is one of the most important events of our clients, we make sure that this event will
run smoothly without any problem or conflict. But of course, as an event organizer, we must have
alternative activities if there are such situation that might happen. We can research about the other
event organizers on what strategies and services they offer for us to determine our strength and
weaknesses.
VI. Implementation
The venue of the Engagement Party which is in Punong Gary’s Place can hold approximately 100-200
persons which is suitable for the event. The equipment, funding and facilities are being monitored
before the event, as well as coordinating to the human resources, ensuring the sound system, preparing
the tools such as how many chairs, tables are needed. Furthermore, the deadlines of each phase will be
completed and finish before the tentative schedule of the event which is on August 9, 2022
