ENTREPRENEURIAL MIND

 SCENARIO 1
Mr. Verceles is about to start his business. With the amount of capital he has, he is capable of starting even
tomorrow. To his excitement, he shared his idea with a colleague
Week after, to his surprise, his colleague already produced the products he is planning to market.

ADVANTAGE:
Mr. Verceles is clearly passionate about what his body craves and is really eager and excited to launch a
business, which bodes well for his success and is to his favor.

DISADVANTAGE:
He is unable to think of any justification for sharing ideas with others that would affect Mr. Verceles' overall
strategy or his aspirations to start a firm.

RESOLUTION:
We must pay attention to what occurs in our own lives. Personal data and intellectual property must be
safeguarded. Because it's essential to have the same thing in one market, we can avoid those who might try to
steal your concept while also keeping our own ideas to ourselves.

 SCENARIO 2
Mr. Garcia is managing two (2) of the new franchises bought months ago. It was actually making money
enough to compensate the capital he invested.
But just yesterday, the manager from one (1) of the said branches told him that three (3) of their employees
are resigning

ADVANTAGE:
The benefit in this case is that opening a franchiseable store signals that the company has a better chance of
succeeding in the economy.

DISADVANTAGE:
One of the main drawbacks and a potential threat to the company's culture is the departure of three
employees.

RESOLUTION:
I think Mr. Garcia should prioritize his employees' wellbeing and any issues involving them before
concentrating on his financial success. Mr. Garcia was allegedly anticipated to want information about the
staff's capability to oversee the new company franchise.

 SCENARIO 3
As one of the pioneers of XYZ company, Mr. Hernandez is planning to acquire the business. Unfortunately, he
has only 7.5% of the shares of the company. With his parents shares of more than 42%, if he manages to
convince them to give it to him, he'll be able to do the buy-out.
But, another member of the board, who is obviously owning more shares than him, is planning to acquire too.

ADVANTAGE:
In this case, Mr. Hernandez gains the knowledge that there must be a market for a specific genre in order to
own a business.

DISADVANTAGE:
The fact that Mr. Hernandez has stated his intention to buy the XYZ Business for some reason is, in my
opinion, a negative in this situation

RESOLUTION:
Only by coming to an agreement between the two parties involved in managing the company can the problem
of how to run a firm efficiently be resolved. The strategy is to delegate responsibility to the most powerful
person based on their capacity to do so as a respectable form of leader.
