CASE 1: Disobeying an Informal Order

1. I think he made the wrong decision because he didn't have the right to do that action. He should be
act like a professional because he was not involved in that problem. So, he has no right to do that action.
He should set aside his personal matters because it's not good to make a decision especially when you're
angry. Don't let your job be affected, just because of personal matters. Because it will be having a
negative effect to your workplace especially to your co-worker. We understand why Mario do that
because he is affected in the past that’s why he did that decision, but he should be act like a
professional.

CASE 2. Returning Unspent Money

Answer

I Think Jerome propose a project with his colleagues that they used the remaining 500,000 grant of the
government. Jerome should spent the money well in the foundation he have and provide them an
education especially the children that have a dream in life each and every one from the Children joy
foundation.

Case 3. Man of Word or Man of money?

Answer

as for jake,being man of word is important but with the salary offered to him to his current school he
grab the opportunity to gain more of his salary.
