Instructions:

a. Northern Africa
b. Southern Africa
c. Eastern Africa
d. Western Africa
2. Research for a brief background of the dish. Don’t forget to cite any sources.
3. Using the blank map on Page 2 of this file, paste pictures of the dish to its proper region. Write the
dish’s background on a separate sheet of paper.
