PONCIANO, RALPH LOUISE G.

Given this situation, answer the following questions:

1. If you were either Moe or Curly, what would you do if you expected the
other to confess? Why?
- I well confess everything because I can serve less time that way whether the
other person confesses or not, and the worst that might happen by confessing
is five years, while the other one is more worst by not confessing with a 10
year of service.
2. If you were either Moe or Curly, what would you do if you expected the
other NOT to confess Why?
- If I were curly I should still confess because in this case, I expect to serve in
the jail for 1 year if I don’t confess but if I will confess it would be three months
only.
3. Under what circumstances would Curly and Moe NOT confess?
- I think the trust in the partner or fear. Trust is more likely if both of them are
together for a long time and planned to work together more many years.
