6.2.4.3.24 RRU5258 Technical Specifications
RRU5258 3500 (Band 3400 to 3600 LTE TDD, NR 200 NR: 200
42/n78) TDD LTE TDD: 120
RRU5258 3700 (Band 3600 to 3800 LTE TDD, NR 200 NR: 200
43/n78) TDD LTE TDD: 120
RRU5258 3650 (Band 42, 3475 to 3700 LTE TDD 200 100
Band 43)
RRU5258 2300 (Band 40) 2300 to 2400 LTE TDD 100 100
RF Specifications
The following tables list RF specifications of an RRU5258.
(Band
43/n78)
NOTE:
LTE TDD receiver sensitivity is measured, as recommended in 3GPP TS 36.104, under a 5 MHz
bandwidth based on the FRC A1-3 in Annex A.1 (QPSK, R = 1/3, 25 RBs) standard.
combination of them.
The sum of carrier
bandwidths must be
less than or equal to
120 MHz or equal to
200 MHz.
NOTE:
ATBR in the TX/RX Channel column indicates that the RF module uses A transmit channels
and B receive channels.
CxD W in the Output Power column indicates that the RF module has C transmit channels and
the maximum output power of each transmit channel is D W.
Engineering Specifications
The following tables list the equipment specifications of an RRU5258.
Type Power
NOTE:
The typical power consumption of a module is measured when the ambient temperature is 25°C and the
traffic load reaches 50%. The actual power consumption has a 10% deviation from this value.
According to the
installation scenario,
traffic load, and carrier
configuration, the output
power of an RRU decreases
when the RRU reaches a
temperature 10°C less
than its maximum
operating temperature.
Item Standard
RF 3GPP TS 36.104
3GPP TS 36.141
3GPP TS 38.104
Item Standard
NOTE:
Unless otherwise specified, the surge protection specifications depend on the surge waveform of
8/20 μs.
All the surge current items, unless otherwise specified as Maximum discharge current, refer to
Nominal discharge current.
Table 11 RRU5258 CPRI cascading levels and maximum distance from the BBU
RRU5258 NR: 2 The distance between the BBU and an RRU or between two
LTE TDD: RRUs cannot exceed 10 km. The distance between the BBU

supported
NOTE:
When both CPRI ports are used, the CPRI data rates must be the same.
Antenna Capability
The following table lists the antenna capability of an RRU5258.
NOTE:
For RF modules supporting RET antennas, the feeding voltage is 12 V and feeding current is 2.3 A.
