In any language, there are basic rules that need to be considered by the writer
before going through the harder skills. English itself has the basic rules that need to
follow by everyone so that it is easy to understand and learn the English language.
That’s why it is very essential to know the importance of grammatical rules of the
English Language. Also, when writing, make sure all the essential elements of
technical writing are present such as correct spelling, capitalization, punctuation, and
grammar usage. Through it, it makes the sentence clearer and easier to understand
by the readers.
For instance, a sentence with more than one subject or verb is confusing to
understand. So, it creates conflict for the readers to identify what does the text is
talking about. This would result in a failure of comprehension and is not the objective
of the English language aiming for. That’s why for every sentence there must be one
subject and one verb. Moreover, whenever writing numerous sentences about the
same thought or subject, it is better to use paragraphs to split up the segments of
writing. As a result, it would make the lengthy sentences well organize and enable
them to separate the introduction, body, and conclusion of the writing. Therefore,
learning or following the grammatical rules of the English language would help
people to be proficient in writing and eliminates the barrier in comprehending the
text.
