textile braid air rubber hose, high pressure rubber hose, hose assemblies, and other
kinds of industrial hoses. Covering an area of 33,350 square meters, we now have
over 400 skilled workers and our general engineer has more than 30-year experience
of hose manufacturing. Our annual production capacity exceeds 10,000,000 meters.

equipped with 4 high speed double-deck automatic braid hose production lines,
2 spiral hose production lines, Impulse Test stand, Mooney viscosity, a moving die
rheometer, high and low temperature test box. an ozone test machine, a UV test
machine and super high pressure burst test stand. With good quality, reasonable price

Rubber Oil Suction&Discharge hose

Application: It is used for the suction & discharge of benzene,kerosene,diesel oil,engine oil and other mineral oil at
normal temperature.
Character: The hose has dual performance that is able to bear positive&negative pressure,it is able to work freely
under the vacuum-80kpa(600mm mercury column),without flat&delamination,has good flexural property,the rubber body is
firmness and the adjustability of the working condition is very good.
The I.D,O.D,W.P and B.P of Oil Suction &Discharge Hose can be produced as per customer’s requirement. The maximum I.D
is up to 500mm, the maximum length is up to 100 meters.
Our factory also produce armored rubber hose according to clients’ requirement.
SANDBLAST RUBBER HOSE
Application: It is used for the sand-blasting machine to get rid of rust by means of spraying sand or iron ball.
Character: The tube has good wear-resistant performance,the cover has good performance of anti-aging and wear-resistance.
Outside The burst pressure is at least fourfold of the working Pressure.
