Uber must apply a differentiation strategy. Well, it
currently has a lot of competition with the other
companies that offer similar services.
This strategy must focus on making its drivers feel that
they work in a unique and different company in the
treatment of their workforce. The idea is that drivers
feel part of the company and that UBER makes them
feel that they are one company and family.
