 KML will supply all new steel structure bars and new dust covers.

 KML will advise height of rebuild of 2x chute outlets and 2x dust collectors.
In parallel, the bolts and nuts of chute outlets will be cut to the required height to remove
The Scope of Work (SOW) consists of the supply of all management, supervision, labour,
construction plant, tools, consumables, temporary works and transportation, necessary to the
upgrade of CV03 works associated with the steel structure bars and dust cover removal and
installation, and chute outlet and dust collector rebuild.

Unless otherwise stated in this SOW, the contractor shall be responsible for the performance
of the
whole of the Works including such work as may be required, but not specifically described
herein, in order to achieve practical completion in accordance with the requirements of the
contract.
CV03 upgrade

Introduction: Due to the ore size getting bigger, when ore transfer to CV03 will stuck on the
belt. KML wants to rise the level of dust cover. This project includes:

1. Installation of new steel structure

2. Installation of new dust cover
3. Rebuild chute outlet
4. Rebuild dust collector

KML mechanical engineer’s suggestion:

24 hours, 2 shift, 3 crew on each shift.

This Project will be start in December shutdown.

We need supply a roughly work schedule, include what equipment we need, such as EWP,
scaffolds, Franna etc. And working hours, and crew size need to be confirmed.
