NOTES & INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES:

1. Fill in form carefully. If you are applying under regular scheme, then you must have to tick
(√) the “Quota” on which you are applying. Use separate form if you want to apply for
more than one quota.
2. Students having less than 60% marks in HSSC (Pre-Engineering) or 60% in DAE are not
eligible for admission. A detailed eligibility criterion is given in Prospectus of the
University.
3. If the candidate does not write the choices of Engineering Discipline, or write the same
choice on all boxes, the Selection Committee has the right to use its discretion for
allotment of Discipline.
4. In case a Candidate is below 18 years of age, the Domicile Certificate of his / her father,
mother or legal guardian containing the name of the candidate will be considered valid.
5. Incomplete Application Form or without required documents or application form received
after due date is liable to be rejected.
6. Cutting and over writing will not be accepted in the Application Form.
7. Admission processing fee is not refundable.
8. Test will be conducted by HEC Education Testing Council Islamabad.

Note: The documents must be attested by a Class-I Gazetted Officer or Magistrate.

Students desirous of applying on both regular and self-finance for the Admissions in Engineering
Program are required to submit separate forms and fee (Rs. 4000+2000=Rs 6000/-)

Students are required to submit separate forms and fee Rs 2000/- for each quota seats for the
engineering programs in addition to original processing fee of Rs 4000/-
