Dyacell I.P. LLC is a creator and developer of intellectual properties. That is our core
competency. The foundation of our growth, however, lies in our ability to market the
intellectual properties we create.
Specifically, Dynacell I.P. LLC is in the brands and licensing business of patents, trademarks,
service marks, trade dress, and copyrights for royalties and license fees. These properties are
capital assets, just as land, equipment and receivables.
Dynacell I.P. LLC will focus on building and expanding licensee relationships and contract
manufacturer alliances to achieve sales and profit goals.
In collaboration with the Georgia Institute Of Technology’s Advanced Technology
Development Center (ATDC), Dynacell I.P. LLC has advanced the development of our lead-off
product -a protective headgear (i.e. sports helmets, football, baseball, hockey, motorcycle) a
Medical Alert Helmet™ (in development) has the potential to save lives and reduce the
catastrophic effects of head trauma.
Sensor Technology
Dynacell I.P. LLC is an early stage technology-based company organized under laws of Georgia,
formed to develop and market a new method of transduction, made possible by combining
state-of-the-art computer technology, innovative electromechanical engineering employing
multiple Force Sensors and Accelerometers.
Utilizing advanced Force Transducer technology, Dynacell I.P. LLC has currently identified 17
potential applications. These applications provide unique solutions including emergency
medical assistance, inventory management and theft prevention.
To provide the infrastructure for this R&D Project, Dynacell I.P. LLC has selected a technology-
based electronics and software engineering company with an experienced staff of PhD, MS and
BS degreed engineers, each having 15 to 30+ years of experience in their respective fields.
