History
Incorporated in 1993, Digital Group of Companies Launched Operations initially as
Computer Hardware specialists. Ever since, we have fast tracked to be Sri Lanka’s 3rd
biggest ICT solution providers representing some of the world’s Top Brands in IT.

Lately, the company has researched into the diversification of business interests and spread
into two main sectors.
1. ICT and Data Security Sector (1993)
2. Mother & Baby care sector (2001)

The Digital Group of Companies, headed by Three Directors and Two General Managers,
comprises of a 175 work force in total.

Nabhan Akeel – Chairman / Managing Director

The self made chief architect of the business and director of four other
companies dealing in software solutions, branded software products
and electric appliances. He is a holder of an Engineering Degree from
Moratuwa University and has tremendous knowledge in Management,
Accounting and Logistic with experience closing up to 20 years in the
field.

Ilham Sanoon – Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Key personnel behind the screen steering the organization towards all
of our developments and ventures. Being a member of the Charted
Institute of Marketing UK. Also a council member of the Federation
Information Technology in Sri Lanka and a member of Sri Lanka
Computer Vender Association.

He has strategically built, sustained and successfully expanded all of

our brand portfolios. His aggressiveness in Marketing, sound
knowledge in Operational Management and a 2 decade of experience
in the ICT industry contributed to the success story in a big way.

Shihan Annon – Director

Shihan Annon is knows as Visionary CTO who carries 13+ year
