CLUB MEMBERSHIP & LOYALTY MANAGEMENT

IFCA Software Club Membership and Loyalty Management system comprises of


the following sub-modules:

Membership Recruitment Automation


The Membership Recruitment Automation tracks membership applications,
from submission to approval, with full audit trails. By integrating with
Microsoft Office, you can fully utilize mail merge to create standard
correspondence letters and perform e-mail blasting to all prospects.

Membership Management
The Membership Management module supports a centralized membership
system to accommodate several membership types including individual and
corporate membership with user-defined categorization to define
membership fees, privileges and expiry dates. You can also accommodate
term members with specific start and expiry date. It tracks members’
preferences and spending habits and supports membership transfers,
category conversions such as membership upgrades, tracks members
status including active, absentees, terminations, etc. The system allows
scanning of pictures and signatures for verification online. It tracks
members credit limit’s and allows users to define the action to be taken
when a member exceeds credit limit set.

Member Loyalty Programs


IFCA Software incorporates Member Loyalty Programs including member get
member programs and reward programs which is a beneficial way to
partner long term with loyal customers to provide mutual growth and
profitability

Membership Receivables
With full integration to Membership Management, all billings, subscription
fees and membership fee installments is automated and billed via the
Membership Receivables module. It provides full credit-control functionality
including reminder generation and automatic late payment charges.
IFCA Financials

FCA Multi-Hotel Financial Accounting System supports group or chain hotel accounting
requirements. It maintains different set of accounts for each hotel, at the same time;
allow consolidation and comparison of financial performances. The whole financial
system is seamlessly integrated with other modules including Hotel Portal, front office
system, POS, and Event Management. It comprises of the following modules:-

IFCA financial is comprehensive accounting software specifically designed and
developed to take full advantage of the “all-in-one” integration required to ensure a fully
effective and efficient information management system. The system provides full
accounting functions that conform to internationally accepted account principles. From
the tracking of debtors (Accounts Receivable) and creditors (Accounts Payable), to
managing your cash in bank or on-hand (Cash Book), it will finally produce the
company’s balance sheet and Profit & Loss statements through the General Ledger
module. Besides this, purchase order processing, tracking the organizations asset
movement (Fixed Assets), as well as tracking stock movement (Inventory Control) is
catered for.

2.4 Assumption
The above proposal is done based on the following assumptions:
1. That the networking infrastructure is assumed to be in-place that includes the
communication line and hardware used.
2. The networking infrastructure and all necessary hardware required are assumed to be
in place in both site(s) before the commencement of the implementation process.
3. Installation of network operating system (NOS) and client operating system (COS) are
assumed to be done before the commencement of the implementation process.
4. Should they be any specific customization to the standard application, a charge out
rate is applied as described in our terms and conditions.

3.2 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Proposal is made by Push Technologies International, inc. (hereinafter refer to as


“Company”) to CROWN REGENCY GROUP (Hereinafter refer to as “Client”).

3.3.1 Pricing

3.3.1.1. All prices are quoted in Philippine Peso and VAT Exclusive.
3.3.1.2. Services cost only for one pilot project, any additional property that needed
services will bill in actual usage only.

3.3.2 Payment

Payments to the Company shall be made in accordance with the following agreed
schedule: -

3.3.3 Price Validity

The prices quoted herein shall remain valid from 6 months from the date of this
Agreement.

3.3.4 Maintenance after Warranty Period

After the warranty period, annual maintenance services are chargeable at 18% of
the Application & System Software and 12% of the hardware purchased (optional
for Hardware).

Annual Maintenance will entitle the client for the following items:
 Twice a year user refresher training
 Not Later 4 hours response time
 Free updates on the same version released
 25% off on new version

3.3.5 Installation

The application software purchased will be installed between two (2) to four (4)
weeks from the date of which the client’s hardware is assessed to be ready for the
installation.

3.3.6 Cancellation

Any cancellation of a confirmed order shall be communicated to the Company in


writing. Any amount already paid to PUSH TECH shall not be refundable while any
amount due at the time of cancellation for services rendered or goods delivered
date of invoice.

3.3.7 Standard Application Software

The application software proposed herein is a standard application software


package that conforms to standard industry practices and operations. All modules
purchased will be provided with operating manuals. Any deviations or modifications
requests by the Client will be treated as follows:-

3.3.7.1 Chargeable Modifications - Mutual

These are non-standard modifications to existing reports, program functions


requiring the creation of additional data fields, or customization of existing
reports. These will be chargeable at the Company’s prevailing charge-out
rate plus out-of-pocket expenses.
3.3.8 Accommodation, Food & Meal

The client is to bear accommodation, food, laundry and telephone during the
implementation process.

3.3.9 Software Acceptance

The software shall be deemed to be accepted by the Client thirty (30) days from the
date of installation unless the Client in writing prior to the stipulated period informs
the Company.

3.3.10 Project Implementation & Supervision

The Company will provide on-site project supervision to oversee the


implementation. The Client will provide resources for data captures, data
preparation/entry, file creation and parallel runs.

Any additional project supervision services or additional training (in excess of the
stipulated “purchased” man-hours) will be chargeable at the then prevailing charge-
out rate plus any out-of-pocket expenses.

3.3.11 Warranty

The Hardware and Software warranty period commence from the date of
installation and the duration is as follows:-

Application Software twelve (12) months.

Within the warranty period, any malfunctions or problems (other than through
negligence) will be rectified free of charge. All out-of-pocket expenses such as
transportation, accommodation, food and telephone (if required) will be borne by
the Client.

3.3.12 Property

The Client herein agrees that it is only licensed to use the application software
referred to in this Agreement. All ownership and intellectual propriety rights to these
applications and the program codes shall remain the sole property of the Company.

3.3.13 Limitation of Liability

In no event will the Company be liable for the loss of any data, profits or any
special, direct, indirect or consequential damages whether based on contract, tort
or any other law, incurred by any person or corporation as a result of the
Company’s performance or failure to perform under this Agreement.

Neither the Company nor anyone who has been involved in the creation,
production, or delivery of the applications listed herein shall be held liable for any
direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use, the result
of using or the inability to use these applications even if the Company has been
advised of the possibility of such damages or claim, either before or after the date
of this Agreement.

4.2.2 Microsoft SQL 2008 Server - latest

information systems. SQL Server provides powerful tools for enterprise-wide

4.2.3 Microsoft Windows 2008 Server

Microsoft Windows 2005 Server is a well-integrated multipurpose server operating


system that delivers the networking capabilities that customers demand. It is a proven
performer with more than three years in the marketplace, and it currently supports a vast
multitude of applications of all sizes and types. Its comprehensive networking services are
its most important feature because their integration is key to customers' achieving lower
overall costs.
