- Sampaguita Tourist Inn. at Washington Drive, Legazpi City. Hotel provides facilities and services
they are offering 105 rooms. Each rooms have airconditioning and closet. Sampaguita Tourist Inn offers
24 hours front desk and room service, parking area, laundry shop and free Wi-Fi in all rooms. They also
provide elevator. Sampaguita Tourist Inn is to provide good service to the customers and to satisfied the
customers expectation.

II. Background of the Plan

-Many visitors finding an affordable accommodation with complete facilities and good service
that will satisfied their needs. And that was the goal of Sampaguita Tourist Inn. The strength is every
vacation guests who's finding accommodation while staying here in Legazpi. Our hotel offers room with
complete facilities 24/7. The weaknesses are when they didn't exceed the expectations of the guests
and get bad feedback. Many travelers they naot prefer to travel because of limited tourist destinations
because of this pandemic.in this case, hotels don't have many customers. Opportunities are they can be
able to show and le the guest to experience their good service. There's also an opportunity that the
hotel will be known if the guests satisfied with their service.

-The objectives of Sampaguita Tourist Inn is to provide services and temporarily accommodation
to the guests.
