Awards

1.1 Leadership Award

This award is given to a graduating student who has manifested

outstanding leadership in the extra-curricular activities of the
University provided that he/she has no failing grade in all academic
and non-academic subjects throughout the whole program of study or
course or degree; has completed the course within the prescribed
curriculum years; has no record of violation of school policies, rules
and regulations; has established an exemplary record of position or
membership in an accredited campus organization.

1.2 The Outstanding Student Leaders (TOSL) Award

The Office of the Director of Student Affairs, with its aim to develop
and instill effective leadership among student leaders in the University,
recognizes student leaders who, through their service to their fellow
students and the University as a whole, have contributed to the
betterment of their organization/ college/university, and at the same
time, have maintained their integrity and have acquired effective
student leadership beyond simply academic excellence.

1.3 Service Award

The award is given to any elected student leader who is an incumbent

student officer/leader, has good academic standing, no any record of
violation in or outside the school, renders excellent service to his/her
fellow students, the University and his/her community, and is
recommended by the Dean.

1.4 Outstanding Organization Adviser

The award is open to all appointed campus organization advisers who

have rendered service to the organization for the realization of the
vision-mission of the University.

1.5 Outstanding Campus Organization

The search is open to any accredited campus organization with

significant accomplishments of its proposed action plan beneficial to
its constituents, the University, and the community in general.
