Dear Candidate,

We  are  pleased  to  inform  that  you  have  been  selected  for  the  award  of  fellowship  /  scholarship  for  M.Phil  /  MS  /
M.Sc Program session 2015­17. You are required to report at this Institute on 2 November 2015. For conveyance to
PIEAS,  the  buses  will  depart  from  Ghousia  Bus  Stand,  near  Pir  Wadhai  More,  Peshawar  Road,  Rawalpindi  and
Karachi Company, G­9 Bus Stand, Islamabad on 2 November 2015 at 10:00 AM.

Some conditions attached to this award are given in Annexure. Please read it carefully and ensure to fulfill all these
conditions and complete all the necessary formalities before joining this Institute. Please also note that at least first
division or 2.5 CGPA out of 4 in the final degree is required for the award of fellowship / scholarship.

While filling the Initial / Periodical security clearance form, you should strictly adhere to the following instructions:­

a.  Initial / Periodical Security Clearance form should be filled in your own legible handwriting but do not sign on
it. Make 08 (Eight) Photocopies of Unsigned Filled Form. [i.e. Total 09 (Nine) copies].
b.  Please put original signature, attested colour photographs on all the 09 forms and 01 attested copy of CNIC
attached with each form. All the 09 forms (01 original and 08 photocopies) must be submitted at the time of
joining at PIEAS.
c.  The forms must also be countersigned by Head of the University / Department last attended.
