Face value:
 different companies have different face values.
 Promoters will decide the face value of different-different companies.
 If the company is listed, then there is DE mat is required.
 DE mat means materialized.
 Top line growth is turnover and bottom line growth is profit in stock market.

Stock spilit:
The face value of a stock is spilit and number shares increased proportionate.
