Pursuant to the recommended procedure adopted by the Court in the transfer of

cases from the calendar of Judge Andrew J. Guilford and Order of the Chief Judge No. 20-

016 filed February 5, 2020, 8:19-cr-00195-MWF, United States of America v. Leslie Andre

Ezidore, et al., was transferred from the calendar of Judge Andrew J. Guilford to the

calendar of Judge Michael W. Fitzgerald. On December 4, 2019 an Order Regarding

Transfer Pursuant to General Order 19-03, Related Criminal Case was filed, 8:19-cr-00195

is related to 8:16-cr-00094-ODW, United States of America v. John W Kosolcharoen.

Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the transfer of case 8:19-cr-00195 to Judge

Michael W. Fitzgerald is vacated, and 8:19-cr-00195 is directly transferred to the calendar

of Judge Otis D. Wright, II for all further proceedings.

On all documents subsequently filed in the case, please substitute the Judge initials

ODW after the case number in place of the initials of the prior Judge.
