THE LICE WHO LIE

Once upon a time, there was a Lice who lived lonely. He always bullied by the other
animal because of his size. They said, “Hey Lice you’re so tiny! You even can’t survive in this
giant world with that body. You’re useless, you only can ride on other animal’s body like a
parasite, nothing more.” Everytime, everyday, everywhere, Lice got that scorns and boos. He
felt stress and couldn’t help with it. Until he decided to move to a quiet and calming pond. He
didn’t get bullied again there, but the trauma from the past still made Lice to hate other
animal especially the big one.

Not far from the pond, there lived a friendly Wolf. He had a bestfriend who lived in
the pond, a Fish. They had been friend since immemorial time and loving each other as a
family.

One day, a Bear who was a long-time friend of Wolf came from a very long journey. He
came to visit his friend that he missed badly. How surprised Wolf when he saw his old friend
stood with a big smile in front of his house. They huged each other. They told a lot about
themselves. They ate and spent time together until the sun set.

When the night came, Bear felt so uncomfortable because of his dirty body. He
wanted to clean his whole body by taking a dip in the pond that located not far from the
Wolf’s house. He also swam and cooled his body there. He relaxed and felt so fresh.

“Whush!” Suddenly, there was something moving so fast around Bear’s legs. With
reflexes, he hit whatever it was with his paws. Then he immediately ran out of the pond
without realizing that he hurt the Fish who was the Wolf’s buddy. It saw by the Lice who was
staying around the pond. “Hmm, this can be my chance to get revenge to those arrogant
giant animals.” Lice, who didn’t like every big animals, started to arrange a plan to destroy
them.

The next day, Lice complained about the Bear to the Wolf. He said, "Hey Wolf, come
with me.” Then they went to the pond “look at what Bear had done to Fish." After saw it,
Wolf became angry and approached Bear as fast as he could. When he met Bear, he asked
Bear why he did it. Fearfully, Bear explained that it was just a misunderstanding and would
apologized to the Fish.
 Since that incident, Wolf secretly put suspicion on the Bear. He was afraid of Bear will
injure the Fish again. In fact, fish was a fresh meal that Bear would eat anytime whenever he
felt hungry. The Wolf still felt worried even though he knew that the Bear had apologized and
promised to keep the Fish safe.

However, the Wolf's doubts used by Lice to re-pitted both. For Lice, it was a golden
opportunity to destroy both.

One night, with his petty plan, Lice came to Wolf. He said, "Wolf, do you know that
actually Bear doesn’t like your behavior defending the Fish because he actually want to kill
and eat Fish but he doesn’t dare with you?" Hearing the Lice’s words, Wolf increasingly
disliked the Bear.

One day, Lice approached Bear and wanted to give Bear something he had brought.
“Bear, i know that your relationship with Wolf is pretty broken, and i would like to help you
to fix it. This is a medicine, give this to Fish and cure him. I’m sure Wolf will trust you again if
he know it.” Though, it was a poison. Bear who didn’t know it, just received the medicine and
obeyed Lice.

Meanwhile, Lice went to see Wolf and said breathlessly, "Wolf! You must get to the
pond, Bear on the way to prey Fish.” Wolf was surprised, “What?! How dare he? I'll kill him. "
With a rush, Wolf ran towards the pond with Lice.

On the other hand, when the Bear gave the medicine, the Fish stiffed. Wolf who saw
it, got angry and wanted to attack the Bear. "Hey Bear! What are you doing to the Fish? You
want to kill him?!" Bear shocked.

"This... It's not like you see, Wolf, I'll explain." Wolf was not able to hold his temper
and ran to Bear. He landed a hard blow on the Bear's face. Bear who wanted to avoid a fight
was running as fast as possible so as not to be caught. Bear kept running but he was cornered
because in front of him was a great sea. Bear can’t hid from Wolf. To avoid the Wolf, the Bear
decided to dive into the sea, Wolf followed Bear and suddenly Lice jumped from the Wolf’s
body and left them both. Eventually, the fighting of Bear and Wolf can not be avoided until
they reached the deepest sea. Because of many wounds and out of breath, they both died.
While the cunning Lice on the journey with a cheerful face, suddenly a giant coconut fell on
him. Lice died tragicly. His body was destroyed immeasurably.
