Descriptive Research: In To Something Unknown


The goal of descriptive research is a comprehensive summarization of a specific scenario
experienced by individuals or group of individuals on how COVID-19 change their way of living. Most
researchers would probably focus on how to treat COVID-19 but the real damage of the pandemic is the
extemporaneous change of routine. Unfortunately, some individuals are more flexible than other
individuals which the poor individuals suffer thoroughly with a disease or worse had lost a life. This led
me to know what solution we may help by protrude effort and volunteerism to not worsen or cure the
disease.

There are given researchers who believe and support the fact that lifestyle is a health standard.
While time pass by the number of individuals experiencing the sudden change of routine increases.
According to a website the best 6 doctors are sunshine, water, rest, air, exercise, and diet. But due to
the global pandemic, the world experience crisis. Leading to a large drop of the essential health
standards.

Data collection of the descriptive study focuses on the nature of the specific events under study.
Thus, data collection involves minimal to moderate individuals or focus group interviews. This includes
observations, records, photographs, and documents. This is characterized by simultaneous data
collection and analysis.

The presentation of data from the descriptive study involves straight forward summary of the
informational contents organized in a logical manner. The data will be organized depending on the
researcher and how the data was collected.

In summary, a descriptive phenomenon is desired. Which is very useful that researcher want to
know the what’s and why’s. This would be based on facts, gathered through observation, data collection
and experiences in order to formulate a verifiable conclusion for the benefit of man and environment.
