EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY POLICY

Equal Employment Opportunity has been, and will continue to be, a fundamental principle of The Kessler Collection,
herein known as “the Company” where employment is based upon personal capabilities and qualifications without
discrimination due to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability, marital status, citizenship status, military
service status, sexual orientation, gender identity, pregnancy, genetic information or any other protected characteristic as
established by law.

The Equal Employment Opportunity Policy applies to the administration of all policies and procedures of the Company
as well as all decisions regarding recruitment and hiring, compensation, benefits, termination, and all other terms and
conditions of employment.

The Human Resources Department has overall responsibility for this policy and maintains reporting and monitoring
procedures. Grand Performers’ questions or concerns should be referred to the Human Resources Department.

Grand Performers with questions, concerns, or claims/complaints about equal employment opportunities in the workplace
must immediately report the matter to any member of the Human Resources Department at your location. If you are
unable for any reason to contact your local HR team, or if you have not received a satisfactory response within five (5)
business days after reporting any incident.

Grand Performers may also contact the Grand Performer confidential information line at (407) 996-9992. Every
claim/complaint regarding this policy will be appropriately investigated and all claims/complaints will be handled with
discretion, only involving those on a “need to know” basis, and kept confidential to the fullest extent possible. Any
violation of this policy will subject a Grand Performer to disciplinary action, up to and including termination
