IMPORTANT NOTE
1. GST & other government levies are extra, as applicable.
2. Lease Rent , Stamp Duty, Registration Charges, miscellaneous expenses etc., shall be payable by the Allottee on
offer of possession.
3. In addition to above, the Allottee shall also pay Individual Electricity Connection/Meter Charges, Power Backup
charges, Water Connection Charges, Sewerage Connection Charges etc. as may be applicable in addition to the BSP,
as mentioned in terms of the Application Form / Buyer Agreement.
4. The milestone/ Installment plan / development linked stages can be called for payment and become payable on
demand in any order irrespective of the sequence.
5. All cheques/drafts to be made in favour of “ Wiztown Planners Pvt Ltd – project expense account ” payable at
New Delhi/ Noida
