Price List Payment Plan
Government Statutory charges includes External Development Charges, Infrastructure Development Charges,Infrastructure
Augmentaen Charges or arv other chargespayable to theGovt. These Charges have been estimated acording to the existing rates
and s pavable eparately from the Basic Price. In case of any revision in the same or if any other levy/charge is introduced, the same
shall be recovered from the albteeis) as per terms in application form for provisional allotment.
