Ethical Dilemma

An ethical dilemma or ethical paradox is a decision-making problem

between two possible moral imperatives, neither of which is
unambiguously acceptable or preferable. The complexity arises out of
the situational conflict in which obeying would result in transgressing
another.

I would never go ahead with the sales if I know that the product is
defective and tere is potential hazard using defictive products. As I
know that obeying there order would have a harmful result to
customer and I found this not ethical to do so.
