Evidence: The happiness advantage

I will never forget the day I learned to bake and decorate cakes. I
wanted to be able to bake cakes and decorate them just as my dad
did. If I want to decorate the cakes well, I must take the pastry bag well
and be calm and confident that everything will be perfect. It was really
difficult because when you take the pastry bag and you don't have the
perfect angle; the cake will be poorly decorated and looks horrible.
I had tried this many times before even when my father was alive but
overall, I was frustrated and impatient. Anyway, I watched a lot of
YouTube videos on how to do it until I finally found the right way to use
the pastry bag.
I followed the different instructions and practice a lot. It was hard.
Sometimes the decoration didn't go as well as I wanted, and I felt
helpless.
In less than six months, I decorated the cakes and they looked like
they were made by a baker. It felt so good; I felt happiness, I still feel it.
I was super satisfied. I learned how to do something fantastic (for
myself).
It had always seemed incredible to me how pastry chefs prepared
different desserts and decorated them. So the moral of the story is that
to be happy and successful, you need to find something that motivates
you; No matter what it is if it makes you happy, it's fine.
I love to bake cakes. I really love this; it relaxes me and makes me feel
happy.
