Dear manager,
I am writing to compliment the good service
and food provided by your restaurant.On 3 July 2019,me and my family
decided to go to your restaurant,Starker Q,to have our dinner.While waiting
for my dinner after I ordered it,I couldn’t help but notice the great ambience
of the place.On that day,I decided to bring my grandmother there for the
first time.As chinese was the only language she grew up using,she was not
able to understand the menu which was in english and I was not able to
translate for her.A staff noticed this and offered to help translate the
different dishes to us in chinese,she said that she was bilingual.
I found out that her name was Annie and I hope that you could
convey my gratitude to her for her great service.She was also very
efficient.The other staff members also made sure we had everything we
needed.In addition to the staff’s friendly service,the food I ordered,​THE​ ​Cheese 
Stuffed Chicken Schnitzel​ ​was absolutely delicious,​it is a chicken schnitzel with a
twist of melted cheese on the inside.
I,once again,hope that you will convey my praises to the
staff.Thank you.
