Essay
1. What is your idea about Negotiable Instruments?

My idea about Negotiable Instruments is all about the negotiation of documents

where you need to sign to the contracts. Negotiable Instruments are money/cash
equivalents. These can be converted into liquid cash subject to certain conditions.
They play an important role in the economy in settlement of debts and claims.
Negotiable instruments such as checks, bills of exchange, promissory notes etc. are
playing a vital role in today’s boosting trade and commerce. A negotiable
instrument is a signed document that promises a sum of payment to a
specified person or the assignee. Negotiable instruments are transferable in
nature, allowing the holder to take the funds as cash or use them in a manner
appropriate for the transaction or according to their preference. Common
examples of negotiable instruments include checks, money orders, and
promissory notes.

2. What is your expectation about the subject?

My expectation about this subject are we are going to tackle the negotiable instruments,
the Laws, about cash, checks, promissory notes. And also the contracts, conditions and
promises of two parties. This subject will be interesting to us because we can learn a lot
about negotiation and if you’re doing is right in the condition and contracts. This subject
will teach students about the proper etiquette in the negotiable instruments. This subject
is important to study.
