iOS 13 Dark Mode Update

The new update is here and integrates

the latest iOS 13 and iPadOS, giving

PDF Reader Pro a dramatically different

look.

To enable Dark Mode, go to Setting ->

Display & Brightness -> Dark. Then

PDF Reader Pro flips from bright white to

dark.

PDF to Office Converter

PDF to Office Converter is a great upgrade released in PDF

Reader Pro iOS, exporting PDF to Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
RTF, HTML, Text, CSV, Image and more Offline.
1. Go Documents tab and click on the selected file, then
click Convert.

2. Or enter reading page and tap Toolkit , and select PDF

to Office.

3. There you scroll to choose Output Formats:

Word(.docx) / Excel(.xlsx) /
PowerPoint(.pptx) / HTML(.html) / Text(.txt)
/ RTF(.rtf) / CSV(.csv) / Image.

4. Set Page Range: Select All / Odd Pages

Only / Even Pages Only / Customized
Pages.

5. Tap Convert, and the converted files will

be saved in Documents/Converted.

PDF to Word

PDF to Excel

iOS 12 Integration

Drag & Drop

In Split-View, PDF Reader Pro offers you two methods of using the
iOS 12 drag-and-drop feature. One is that you can drag selected
images or text from the second app and drop them to the PDF
document. The other is to transfer files between apps by dragging
the files.

Screen Recording

With iOS 12, you can record your on-screen activity while in

Document Viewer

Smart Crop

You can hide the unnecessary space of

your PDF documents while reading. Tap
Viewer Mode button to enable crop

You can change the background theme while reading

in dark environments.
1. Tap on the bottom menu bar.
2. You can tap on either theme to change the color
of the background or customize it to your favorite.

Multi - Tab Viewer

You can open multiple PDF documents using multi-tab displays.

You can easily switch between files without leaving.
1. Go to Settings tab and scroll down to PDF READER
section.
2. Then enable Tabbed PDF Reading to view multiple PDFs as
tabs.

PDF Encryption

In addition to secure your private folder and app, PDF Reader Pro
now supports to encrypt your PDF documents with passwords.
1. In file list, tap and select the file(s) you'd like to encrypt.
2. Enter a new password to encrypt the file(s).

Create a New PDF

1. Tap and choose New Blank PDF or From

Clipboard to create a new PDF document.
2. To add pages, you need to use the page editing
tool to append more pages.

File List

To view file list, you can tap or to switch between List View or
Thumbnail View. (In List View, it doesn't support to manage files
using drag and drop.)

PDF Annotations and Edits

Relocate Annotation Toolbar

PDF Reader Pro enables you to relocate

the annotation toolbar to the left side of the
screen.
1. Long tap on until the toolbar in
moveable.
2. Then you can drag it to the left or right.

Signature Images

The signature tool enables you to import your

own signature images without signing your name
on the whiteboard.

Remove All Annotations

1. Tap on the top menu bar for the

annotation summary.
2. Then tap the delete button to instantly
remove all annotations from the PDF
document.

Merge PDFs

Now PDF Reader Pro support to merge more than 2 files at

a time. You can rearrange the order before merging files.

Text to Speech

In this update, you can have the text on the PDF

document read aloud using the text-to-speech
tool (TTS).
1. Tap on the bottom menu bar.
2. Enable Text to Speech to start reading
3. You can adjust the speed or language from
the pop-up tool bar.

Screen Capture

The new snapshot tool enables you to capture anything from PDFs
without using the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons.
1. Open a PDF. Then tap and tap Screen Capture.
2. Tap and drag on where you would like it to be captured.
3. Then save it to Photo Library or share with others.

Form Filler

The new form filler allows you to switch text

fields using the Next/Previous button
appeared on the keyboard.

Date and Time Stamp

Adding stamps that indicate the time and date

info would be useful while you have a
time-sensitive document or would like to prove
that you completed a document on a certain
date.

Fill Color

1. Long tap on until you see a pop-up menu.

2. Tap Fill and then click the color that you want to
add or change.

What’s New

App Security Supported

1. Tap on the main menu bar and enter passcode in

SECURITY field to keep your app safe from being viewed by
another person.
2. You will be required to enter the password each time you
launch this app. You can unlock your app with Touch ID or Face
ID.
