Topic : The Death Penalty

Death penalty is one of the most controversial issue right now. As we all known, death
penalty consists in causing the death of a condemned person by the State, as punishment
for the commission of a crime established in the legislation.

Firstly, the risk of executing innocent people exists in any justice system. There have been
and always will be cases of executions of innocent people. No matter how developed a
justice system is, it will always remain susceptible to human failure.

The second, Its immoral or harms human rights. Because the consequences are life and
death. And every single people on this earth have human rights. Giving a death penalty then
means, you're taking someone's life, their rights of living.

The last reason, Death penalty isn't the solution to any problem. Killing a person isn't the
only way it makes the problem a lot bigger. Death penalty is barbaric. Many people have
suffered under this law. Many families want justice to the one's they loved.

So, from the reason above i think death penalty is absolutely contrary to moral principles
and it is not able to bring us closer to justice.To take a life when a life has been lost is
revenge, not justice.
