How to run a business for dummies

If you own a business, you may spend 1 downtime point running this business.
Roll 1d100 and add the number of days spent running your business. (7 days per downtime
point), and compare the total to the table below to determine what happens.
If you are required to pay a cost as a result of rolling on this table but fail to do so, the business
begins to fail. For each unpaid debt incurred in this manner, you take a -10 penalty to
subsequent rolls made on this table.
You may spend downtime points on the business while you are away, but you cannot collect the
money earned until you return to it.

01-20 You must pay one and a half times the business’s maintenance cost for each
of the days.

21-30 You must pay the business’s full maintenance cost for each of the days.

31-40 You must pay half the business’s maintenance cost for each of the days.
Profits cover the other half.

41-60 The business covers its own maintenance cost for each of the days.

61-80 The business covers its own maintenance cost for each of the days and earns
a profit of 3d6 x 11gp.

81-90 The business covers its own maintenance cost for each of the days and earns
a profit of 4d8 x 11gp.

91 or higher The business covers its own maintenance cost for each of the days and earns
a profit of 7d10 x 11gp.
For every ​real life​ month that you own this business, your profit margins increase. Consult the
table below and add the extra dice to the dice rolled when your business turns a profit.
