I agree with ROCKAUTO.COM' case because it is convenient that all the parts of the cars that
needs to be replacement or repair is in one store but many customers didn't want to stay in one
store because of their satisfaction they want to achieve in other store to differentiate what
product of the store is better or suits to their budget and satisfaction. If the customer wants to
have a lower price than the store will provide, then the customer will go directly to the
wholesaler to have a lower offer of price rather than the store price.

2.Answer:
For me, middleman is the one who sells the products to the end users and if the government
would help the farmers to buy their products directly at the right price then I think the farmers will
be able to survive to their daily needs. In some way, many people thought that farmers are rich
people but here in the Philippines farmers are suffered by their income from the selling of the
products they harvest is not enough for them to sustain their daily living.

Yes, mobile commerce might grow rapidly like how the customers buys their needs and wants
especially were on pandemic crisis is happening right now. Now a days, Online shopping is the
most fastest way to buy the products that you need or want. You Just need to download the
apps like Lazada, Shopee, Grab Food, Food Panda, Lalamove then search for the product that
you want to buy for your needs and wants, answer the information that online store need to fill
up, for able to find your address and deliver to your house. For me, mobile commerce can get
the high users that they want if the apps are usable and easy to understand.

I think that many people in U.S still reading in paper catalogs despite of having smartphones, in
tablets to read. Paper catalog can last longer than online catalog because it can easily deleted
unlike paper catalog that can last longer specially if the papers that they're going to use are in a
good quality.

For me, services to the customer in some way is not easy to apply thru online because some
customer is not easy to get like there trust is not easy to give to that particular prodcut. For me,
financial services still need to be done personally, because it involves money and money is a
thing that hard to work for it, it is hard making money so that you need consult to the right
person or seller for you to have a safe or legit transaction. There are still things that you cannot
handle through online or multi channel strategy.

6.Answer:
The manufacturer negotiate with its retailers to promote and distribute its product as the concept
of marketing channel .But the problem in this situation is that the agreement that supposed to be
conceptualize wasn't able to follow. Since the ownership was being transfered to retailers they
act like a buying agent than selling agent which makes the manufacturer unable to control over
the retailers
