Requirements:

Set the date for effectivity (date of marriage)

Date when entered

Date of marriage

Name and nationality of spouses

Where executed. (being in accordance with the forms in Nevada)

Set forth the property regime

Exclusive property of the spouses

Governing Law (PHIL LAW SHALL NOT APPLY IF BOTH ARE ALIENS)

HOWEVER,

Laws relating to real and personal properties – subject to where it is located.

With respect to the extrinsic validity of contracts affecting property not situated in the
Philippines and executed in the country where the property is located; and (3) With respect to
the extrinsic validity of contracts entered into in the Philippines but affecting property situated
in a foreign country whose laws require different formalities for its extrinsic validity.

Laws relating to succession

Registered in the local registry where marriage contract is recorded as well as in the proper registries of
properties
