    Dr. Oling Michael performed a sigmoid colectomy on Abur Lorna Pascqa on September 18, 2017 under general anesthesia. During the surgery, Dr. Michael found a right oophoritis, normal uterus, and redundant sigmoid colon with a tiny myoma. He resected the meso sigmoid colon, divided the sigmoid colon approximately 30cm, and did an end to end primary anastomosis with minimal bleeding. The post-operation plan was for the patient to be NPO for 18 hours, receive IV fluids and pain medication, start sips the next morning, ambulate, and receive IV antibiotics.
