Research on the provisions of the other (3) laws which are pertinent to tourism planning and
development. Describe and explain each law in your own understanding.

1. REPUBLIC ACT NO. 710 - AN ACT GRANTING A CHARTER TO THE

PHILIPPINE TOURIST AND TRAVEL ASSOCIATION, INC., FOR THE
DEVELOPMENT AND PROMOTION OF THE PHILIPPINE TOURIST INDUSTRY
In this law the most desirable tourism industry in the Philippines should be
promoted and developed that have essential growth in the dollar revenue that contributes
to the prosperity and stability of the country enhancing the status of foreign relations of
the Republic.

2. (LAW NO. 44/2005/QH11) PURSUANT TO THE 1992 CONSTITUTION OF THE

SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM, WHICH WAS AMENDED AND
SUPPLEMENTED UNDER RESOLUTION NO. 51/2001/QH10 OF THE XTH
NATIONAL ASSEMBLY, 10TH SESSION, ON DECEMBER 25, 2001
According to what I have read online this law in Vietnam provides resources for
tourism and activities; rights and obligations of tourists, organizations and individuals
doing tourism business and other organizations and individuals engaged in tourism-
related activities. Through that the government not only provides law but also such as
providing help to attract increasing numbers of foreign tourists to Vietnam.

3.  ENFORCEMENT DECREE OF THE TOURISM PROMOTION ACT

PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 28128, JUN. 20, 2017 (South Korea)

They also the same with the other law in our country or other foriegn
which helps the business related to tourism but it's also provide such limitation, policy
and consequences if you violate such said policy. In the said survey, South Korea is one
of the top ten Destination Cities by International Overnight Visitors .
