MY FIRST TAPE RECOR

I still remember it! this tape recordered was the best in 1993, When I was 14
years old I wanted my own tape recorder , it was time of Rock , I liked to listen
Guns and Rouses, Pink Floyd, Soda Stereo, Scorpions etc, so I needed a tape
recorder, so when I was 14 my mom gave me this fantastic gift , It was one the
most valued possessions, a beautiful pink Tape Recorder , I remember that I listed
88.9 in this time, it was different because if you wanted to record your favorite song
you could record it since Radio Station, It was fun! Well you recorded the
advertising always but it was (the) better, It was given to me more than 23 years
ago, and has put on the bookshelf always of every house (when) where I have
been living. I received this gift from mom who was passing (for ) through a bad
economic situation in (this) that moment, so she got all the money for my birthday
gift.

I remember that some days then that my mom (given) gave me my Tape Recorder
I was very sick, I had Hepatitis , I felt very sad , so my Tape Recorder make me
forgot my illness, and I enjoyed to listen 88.9 fm, I recorded a Soda Stereo
Concert , I recorded the best songs , and I listened one and another time this
wonderful concert. I remember that this device had cassettes , it was 90 minutes,
so you must have to go around , the cassettes had to be marked , in a part you
must write the name songs ( side A) and ( side B).
I couldn’t miss the perfect tool to rewind (your) my cassette: a pen, some people
more experienced (to) use (the) their fingers, it was all art!

You had to write list songs side A, and side B, if you wanted to give the cassette to
a special friend. I still remember it with love! It was good times.

If you want some special song for your collection you had to be attentive to the
radio, so you could wait for the song to sound, but the emotion gone when the
announcer spoke on the song, it was frustrating!

I haven’t forgotten the sound that the cassette produced in the moment when
(you) I inserted it in the tape recorder a sound classic and wonderful! Ha-ha.

Although the quality of audio there wasn’t the best we will remember it with much
homesickness!
