Step Two: Write (1hour 30mins)

The current crisis generated by the pandemic has generated great inconveniences for all areas of society but there are
groups of people who have been especially affected, at this time we will refer specifically to workers who are at risk,
these workers who are at risk during the pandemic deserve better bonuses and greater recognition for their service.
In the first place, health care workers are the most prone to infection because of their proximity to the virus, it is a
risky job because many of these people give up sharing in peace with their families to help save people even if they
cannot return home, these people are the first line of defense against this crisis, in fact they are our heroes now,
many have a very bad time every day and are too far away from their families, this attitude of service and dedication
to society deserves better compensation than they normally get.

Second, there are many other jobs that don't normally pay well as such and depend much more on tips, such as
delivery boys or waiters who deserve more generosity from people, maybe these workers are not a line of defense
against the pandemic but they are people, human beings who serve others by going out and having contact with
people, exposed to contagion to bring food or anything else into our homes without having to move, depend on the
tips we give them, so we must be more humane and more generous so that these people who serve at risk can have a
good reward for it.

Finally, it is the duty of everyone as a whole, of the government and of the common society to ensure better
conditions and better payments for all the workers who are at risk every day because very probably the main reason
for taking risks is that your family depends on that work and in times of crisis we all have to do our best, there are
many families that depend on one income, the pandemic has affected very directly these many delivery men, waiters,
cashiers, vendors, doctors, etc. They are forced to continue working no matter what so that they can put food on
their tables and pay their debts month by month, and we are all equal human beings who could be in the same
situation so we must all be vigilant and increase the wages and/or tips of these workers, starting to raise awareness
from the government to any individual in society, in conclusion, nowadays it is completely justified to give better
payments for their services to many workers who take risks to help others, it is a joint work that requires our
humanity and generosity to give better rewards and greater recognition to these workers and thus be able to
overcome this together, holding hands.
