1. Plot the Output characteristics and Transfer Characteristics for different

models of N- Channel MOSFET (Level-1, Level-2, Level-3, BSIM-2,
BSIM-3, BSIM-4)
Hint: Be careful while choosing the channel lengths and supply voltage for
different models
2. Measure the propagation delay and contamination delay for 3-input NAND
gate.

Hint: Refer the Figure 4.7 of chapter 4 (Delay) in weste, harris textbook
