Dear Roberto Pujadas Ruiz,

We are pleased to inform you that the court has agreed to REDUCE your charges to Speeding 84/70, upon completion
of a 4 hour Defensive Driving course. This means NO POINTS will be assessed to you by the State of Georgia. We
anticipate that your home state will make a similar entry on your driving record. However, that decision is ultimately up
to your State’s Department of Motor Vehicles (Division of Driver Licenses). Additionally, the court has given you
Warning for your Seatbelt Violation-Minor charge. This means NO POINTS will be assessed to you by the State of
Georgia.

Under Georgia law, Georgia's DMV (Department of Motor Vehicles) does not require the Clerks of Court to
submit/report a Georgia "no-point violation" citation.  The Clerks are reminded of this Georgia code section.  However,
on occasion, the Clerks will inadvertently submit one of these "no-point violations."  In those cases, the violation may
be recorded on the home-state driving record. We cannot guarantee that all "no-point violations" will not be reported.  
However, the vast majority of the time this error does not occur. 

The court ordered you to pay costs and a fine in the amount of $832.00. This fine is due by 11/01/20. You must send
the payment in a Money Order payable to: Clerk of Court, and mailed to: Clerk of Turner State Court, P.O. Box 532,
Ashburn, GA 31714, along with the signed Plea Offer that is attached to this letter and Defensive Driving School
Certificate.

Failure to pay court fees on time will require your MANDATORY court appearance on the next arraignment calendar.
Make sure to include your name and citation number on payment to ensure credit.
It is crucial you follow these specific instructions accurately and timely.   Should you fail to follow these instructions
completely, accurately and timely, you face unfavorable consequences by the court  including but not limited to license
suspension, increase fees, and/or termination of the referenced outcome .
