Question 22

Read the story below and answer the questions that follow.
阅读下面的文字，然后回答问题。

One evening, a helicopter fell into the sea near Pulau Pangkor. There was
something wrong with its propellers. There were two people in the helicopter.

Haji Awang and his nephew, Samad, saw the helicopter diving into the
sea while repairing their fishing nets. The incident happened about a kilometer
from the beach. Haji Awang and Samad went out to the helicopter in their boat.
They saw two men floating near the helicopter. They pulled the men into their
boat and rowed back to the island.

When they reached the beach, Samad ran to a public phone booth.
After some time, an ambulance followed by a police van and two Royal
Malaysian Air Force trucks arrived. The ambulance took the two men from the
helicopter away.

A few men from the Royal Malaysian Air Force changed into their diving
suits and went into the water. Soon, the beach was crowded with local fishermen
and tourists.
