Author of Humble Inquiry wants to explain how we exchange information and opinion with

people from different backgrounds. However, it teaches us good way of communication and improve
control of our speech. The author recommends two ways of communication improvements: Johari
Window and ORJI (observation, reaction, judgment and intervention).

By “Forces inside us as Inhibitors” author means that our internal system stops us to start conversation.
The reason behind of is that these inhibitors are our perception toward to our religion, beliefs, and
background. To reduce the force of inhibitors Author taught us efficient ORJI communication system.
We should find our problems and limit inhibitors to make perfect conversation to reach relationship
with people.
