Thank you for showing interest. I have uploaded a blank spreadsheet and a sample sheet
with data for your easy reference and troubleshooting in case you face any issues. Please
go through the instructions tab thoroughly before you start using the spreadsheet.

I have used office 365 to develop this tool, however, I have tested this spreadsheet on MS
Excel 2010 and have not observed any issues as of now. So I am assuming that you would
require minimum office 2010 installed on your PC to use this tool.
