From this project, it can be state that from this training that the various processes as applied are
dependent on various parameters. A good co-ordination is the key to get best efficiency and high
productivity.
With the help from lecturer, we have learnt the way to use the equipment and design the drawing
using AUTOCAD software to complete the drawing. In this experiment, while using the laser cut
machine it took less time to cut the work piece because it has a very high cutting speed. Besides
that, we have familiarize to use the bending machine as per required. During conducting the
experiment, there are errors happen. First, the setting of the machine parameter for the laser cut
due to the first time experience of using it. To overcome this situation we have consult it with the
teaching engineer and the lab technician as well. Second is to position the work piece accordingly in
the bending machine before bend the work piece. This situation has overcome by using a pair of
plier to adjust the bend position of the work piece.
In the technical aspect, we conclude that nothing can be understood thoroughly without practical
knowledge and practice. We observed almost each process related to laser cutting machine that we
had just studied in books. It was really a fruitful training for us to enhance our knowledge and
confidence level.
