Introduction
MART SPEED CONSTRUCTION LIMITED is an entirely and legally Zambian owned Construction Company
that prides itself in providing efficient, effective and high-quality services to its clients.

The company was established in February, 2006 but was officially registered as a private limited
company on the 13th of December, 2007 in Lusaka, and has up to date lived on its objectives of Client
Satisfaction with a highly dedicated team which is always available to offer our clients a very high
valued customer support and construction project service.

Mission Statement
Mart Speed Construction Limited’s mission is to provide service that qualitatively satisfies its clients
and it is therefore committed to providing effective and efficient services, maintaining extremely high
standards of professionalism in project delivery to different clientele.

Mart Speed Construction Limited has a Successful Project Delivery founded on a broad base of in-house
skills and resources to serve our clients needs, tailor made to match their requirements. It is able to
assist in all aspects of development through feasibility, design, construction and operation phases.

Scope of Business
Mart Speed Construction Ltd provides a wide range of services to its clientele. The main
business activity is centered on the following;
1. Tower construction for telecommunication companies
 Bending and fixing steel reinforcement for foundations as per bending schedule
 Setting hold down bolts and template for the towers according to specifications
 Installation of nextubes, trunking etc for cables
 Shuttering and casting of vibrated concrete
 Assembling and rigging of the tower as per specifications
 Installation of Generators, UPS and all electrical equipment on tower sites
 Installation of Low Loss RG cables, Anterna’s and other telecommunications equipment
 Installation of BTS and RF equipment on Tower sites
 Maintenance and servicing of all electrical installations on towers

2. Building and Civil Works


 Construction of high cost, medium cost and low cost houses
 Construction of office blocks, schools, hospitals, prisons, and commercial markets
 Earthworks for roads, parking areas, drive ways and high rise buildings
 Installation of culverts
 Steel structure fabricated buildings
 Plumbing and mechanical installations
 Installation of main water supply and sewerage systems
 Specialized finishes like terrazzo, tiling, gypsum/rhino board ceilings
