Drive Test Regulation:

Please make sure before planning drive test sites:

 Weekly & Daily DT-plan & output from every subcon should come to us.
 DT team should take alarm status (critical/major/minor/warning) before visiting the site.
 Azimuth verification, Antenna position verification, Swap Test, must be done first, after visiting
the site.
 Subcon manager, DT team & coordinator (name, mail id, contact number) required.
 DT team must have neighbor plan as well RNP plan.
 DT team must inform after the completion of SSV test with proper feedback.
 If any RF or Physical parameter changes found on sites, inform immediately.
 If any physical optimization done, photos are required with report.
 Testers shall conduct each test according to the indicators in the single-station verification
report until they reach the standard.
 Any issue found regarding meeting with KPI, must inform immediately.
 If any missing neighbor find during DT (DN Sets), must inform immediately.
 Analyze the reasons of substandard sites, and test the ones that can be solved on the spot with
the help of backstage staff.
 During CSFB test in static test or detail drive test, we must disable mobile data as due to auto
provision of NTC network, Core team is working to solve such issue, and we will update you as
soon as possible.
 Right now, we have provided MI-phone to test Volte parameters, so we must check eSRVCC
Handover, in possible sectors, which will be checked from ZTE core part, exporting CDR report.
But during DT time we can also check whether call is connected or dropped.
 You can make a long volte call also, if short call is not enough to check eSRVCC.
 Inter-RAT Handover should be checked in PS mode in possible sectors.
 As I already told your DT representatives, APN setting should be as per NT requirement. We
must use RANTEST. e.g.,
Swap photo sample:
o Planned azimuth
o Found Azimuth
o Final Latitude & Longitude
o Swap Detail: If cyclic mention sector names also( e.g., J3-K3, K3-L3, L3-J3)
o Prepare separate cell files band wise when you are sending swap snap.
Report Regulation:

 Keep the record of logs & data.

 Preventing from any logs missing, arrange & submit on time.
 Please fill the remark sheet (last one) also after analyzing logs.
 Report required at next day of Drive Test completed.
 In INTRA handover KPI snaps, make separate actix cell file.
