TRP #2: Technologies for Communication

People now communicate in entirely new ways because to technology. Simple

technologies that were once used for communication have developed into means of connecting
people all over the world. The ease of sending communications has been facilitated by four
important forms of communication technology: the telephone, radio, television, and internet.

The first topic I choose is about Digital Communication Technologies, so Digital

Communication Technologies (DCT’s) are digital instruments that enable communication
between two or more persons. These can be expressed by written, spoken, visual, or audible
means. Some examples are: texting someone on a mobile device, keeping in touch with family or
friends on face book or twitter, or working together on a wiki or blog with students in a work
group. The actual instances in the life of a student, technology offers to student quick access to
knowledge, rapid learning, and enjoyable opportunities to put what they have learned into
practice. It allows them to delve deeper into challenging concepts and explore new topics. And it
is important of digital communication to those students who are given the opportunity to speak
and work together online are more engaged in their study, and results in amore real-world
learning environment for everyone. The second topic I choose is history of internet, The
ARPAnet was the first packet switching network, and the idea behind the Internet was that there
would be many different independent networks with a somewhat arbitrary design. However,
soon packet satellite networks, ground-based packet radio networks, and other networks would
also be included. According to studies, the internet has a net good effect on education but a bad
effect on politics and morality. Additionally, those who spend too much time on social media
sites often feel lonely and disconnected from others. Overuse of the internet might lower one's
sense of worth. Internet was important to the students because as a result, there are more
opportunities for learning inside and outside of the classroom. It opens doors to a plethora of
knowledge, information, and educational resources. Internet accessibility provides access to a
variety of knowledge, education, and informational resources.

In Digital Communication Technologies, most significantly, technology encourages

students to practice group decision-making abilities by immersing them in simulated events.
When done properly, using technology in the classroom enhances knowledge because students
internalize concepts while developing real-world skills. Students can benefit much from the
Internet in numerous ways. It acts as a teacher for pupils, serving as a resource where you can
ask anything and get an answer. The Internet can be used for a variety of quick informational
needs, including finding out about a subject, field, institution, or schooling. However, we may
assert that it has revolutionized everything from business to video gaming. There are countless
advantages, but we'll focus on a few that relate to children and schools.
