The Desert Festival is celebrated in the India´s country and thousands of people walk
through the desert and enjoy of events scheduled each year.

They participate in competitions wearing mustaches and turbans, thanks to this, many
people around the Jaisalmer and other places of Rajasthan region go to sell products,
handicrafts and jewelry.

Also the most popular candies are sold and music are offered to people looking for
their funny, additional they have diverse cultural interventions, for example one of them
is enjoy the snake’s charmer, very interesting. Others cultural interventions are
acrobatic activities and puppets’ shows.

This festival is special because is one of the few festivals where the religion is not
directly related with the celebration.
