EXPLANATORY NOTE
Women, confronted with unplanned or crisis pregnancy, are often left with
the impression that abortion is the only choice that they have in dealing with their
difficult circumstances.
While there are organizations that provide these needed services, they often
lack sufficient resources to reach women in need of their services and to provide
for their needs.

TO ESTABLISH A NATIONAL PROGRAM THAT WILL PROVIDE
PREGNANT WOMEN WITEI ALTERNATIVES TO ABORTION
SECTION 1. Short title. - This Act shall be known as the “Women and
Children’sResources Act. ”
