We are conducting a
research about Career Decision Making Self-Efficacy Scale in the Filipino context. This scale
would hopefully present future researchers with a method that measures Career Decision-Making
Self-Efficacy of Filipino young adults.
Definition of terms:
Career decision-making self-efficacy (CDSE), which refers to one's confidence in one's ability to
engage in educational and occupational planning and decision making, is a critical indicator of
adolescent career competence (Luzzo, 1993).
